Led by Richard Davenport, Brian McClaren‘s book subtitle is “Why your beliefs stopped working and what to do about it.”  Doubts may occur about one’s religion, politics, relationships, career, and a host of other endeavors. Change, and the lack of it, can provoke doubts. A leading 20th Century theologian wrote “Doubts are the ants in the pants of faith. They keep it awake and moving” (Frederick Buechner). This book offers fresh insight into how we may creatively reflect on our doubts, and how faith development often demands doubts about the status quo in order for us to grow.
