Workshop – Lectio Divina in Color: A Contemplative Prayer Practice

Lectio Divina is a traditional meditative practice of scriptural reading intended to increase one’s knowledge of God’s living Word. The Four Steps of Lectio Divina: Read (Lectio) Reflect (Meditatio) Respond (Oratio) Rest (Contemplatio). In the workshop you’ll also learn how to add color to your prayers through artful doodling. The flyer and handout are below.  Please bring with you or have on hand blank paper, pen and colored pens or pencils.
